Soosie is dedicated to assisting people in exceeding their expectations of themselves and surpassing their goals. She places a strong emphasis on moving well, and that, combined with hard work, persistence and a positive attitude, leads clients to continually improve and get fitter, stronger and healthier.
Soosie has been part of the PARC Fitness team since 2017 and is the Head Coach of the PARC GEN Program. Outside of coaching, she works as a full-time Health and Physical Education teacher and Careers Adviser; so she strongly values helping young people succeed in the gym, in school and in the future.
