This class is perfect for all you morning risers!
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training and just like the name entails, our classes are quick, intense and will have you sweating at the end of each session.
Combining fundamental movements with a heavy dose of cardio, this class is the ideal way to kickstart your day.

Looking for a challenge? Then our Strength and Performance (S&P) class is for you!
In this class you can expect to learn functional, strength and conditioning based movements in a safe and controlled environment.
We always get asked the question, is S&P suitable for beginners? The answer is, definitely yes. The beauty about our S&P class is that our program is designed to ensure that the movements and workouts are scalable for everyone.
We understand that no 2 members are alike and therefore our coaches will tailor the difficulty of the program to suit each individual.
This class is designed to give you a full body workout every time.
We have 22 S&P classes to pick from every week, so as a member you won’t have to worry about missing out on a class.

Looking at taking your fitness to the next level? We have a class designed for our intermediate to advanced members who want to step up their fitness. This class is 90mins and is highly recommended for individuals who are well developed in their form and technique.

If you are looking at doubling up in a workout. Our functional class is the class.
Designed to help improve muscular strength and endurance, our functional class targets both upper and lower areas of the body, and is a mix of both high interval training, conditioning and body weight movements.
